Do we have availability?

How do you get on our waitlist?
For Kaiser and Private Pay/Out of network patients, we offer a free 20 minute consultation to get on our waitlist. Getting on our waitlist does not guarantee a spot for therapy. A consultation allows us to discuss our therapy approach, meet your child and discuss a treatment plan. That way you are able to determine if Discovery Speech and Language is a good fit for you and your child as well as giving us a chance to have a better understanding of your child's needs. We do our best to match your child with a therapist who specializes in their area of need as well as who we feel would be a good fit.
Do I have a copayment? I am a Kaiser patient.
Kaiser patients can call member services to determine their copayment and if they have a deductible they will need to meet. We bill out services at the end of the month and if you have a copayment, we will bill you with an invoice.
How will I be billed for services?
We use a program called simple practice to bill you. You can pay your bill online, set up automatic payments or mail in a check. Payment is expected within 2 weeks of the invoice date.
